From Guanxi
5/11/08 : Guanxi 2 update
The last piece of the puzzle fitted into place as an incompatibility between xmlsec versions was resolved, allowing federation metadata signature verification. A test IdP is currently active in the UK Federation and Guanxi 2 is scheduled for release end of November 2008.
11/9/08 : New article added

10/9/08 : Guanxi 2 update
Guanxi 2 is on the way. The new metadata/trust framework is in place, as well as complete Spring and Maven2 integration. All that's waiting is the final implementation/testing of the Shibboleth trust engine, which will provide support for entities working within a Shibboleth-style federation, such as the UK Access Management Federation.
31/5/07 : Guanxi codename "Samhradh" released
Pronounced sowrug (sow as in a female pig) and Gaelic for summer, this release brings easier configuration and registration of IdPs and Guards as well as some minor bugfixes.
16/2/07 : Guanxi IdP 1.4.2 released
This is a minor bugfix release of the IdP. It's to fix a problem with non passive logout. This problem does not affect passive logout.
14/2/07 : Guanxi codename "earrach" released
This release is a point release for the IdP and SP to add logout functionality. In addition, the SP Engine now sends the SAML Response from the IdP containing the AuthenticationStatement to the SP Guard in the SOAP headers. The Earrach release is that used in the Sakai SP. Earrach is Gaelic for Spring and is also the name of a mountain near the code shack where the author is presently holed up.

9/5/06 : Guanxi used in Questionmark Perception
The SOCKET project at Leeds University has successfully "shibbed" Questionmark Perception using the Guanxi Service Provider
